There is a key hanging station next to the large potion storage.

You can also hang key(s) from a hook at the front of your potion tool belt.

Currently there is only one type of key with more to come. You can buy keys in the shop.
You will sometimes get chests and crates from the mine. Each crate costs 1 key to open. Each chest requires 3 keys to open.
